Martin will take on the responsibility of monitoring and servicing clients systems and ensuring that Analytical Technology continues to lead the way in the development and implementation of reliable monitoring instruments.
The growing success of Analytical Technology can largely be attributed to the high standard of customer service delivered by the company, awarded for the Best After-Sales Service award from the IUG (Instrument User Group) in November 2012.
Dr. Michael Strahand, General Manager Europe at Analytical Technology, said: “We view our team members at ATi as our most important asset and our decision to expand our team reinforces our commitment to providing top quality customer service. ATi has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 1998 and we are proud to list many leading brands and companies in the food and beverage, cosmetic, utility and pharmaceutical sectors as our customers. Top class customer service is essential in this industry, where rapid response times to situations, such as water treatment issues, are essential to maintaining a safe and continuous water supply in water treatment and manufacturing plants.”
