ATI ATTENDS UU INSTRUMENTATION DAY

February saw United Utilities host an Instrumentation Day for its framework suppliers, allowing ATi the opportunity to take part in this specialist demonstration day.

Taking place at Haweswater House in Warrington, the framework approved instrumentation suppliers got together all the demo monitors into one room where anyone from UU could come along and get a feel for the instrumentation available to them on the current framework.

As part of our ongoing commitment to customer service, our expert and award winning Sales and Service Team were on hand for United Utilities project managers, field service engineers and apprentices at the Warrington Headquarters, demonstrating how to get the best out of our monitors installed as part of a framework. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet them, answer their queries and raise awareness of the range of instrumentation ATi can offer.

Mike also did a presentation on ‘Missed Opportunities’, looking at where our monitors can be used to further improve their systems.

The aim of this instrumentation day was to ensure engineers became more familiar with the ATi equipment, have a better understanding for the technology used, as well as understanding how our instruments work and how to maintain them.

Excellent After Sales and Customer Service

Spending the day at the UU Headquarters gave us the opportunity to remind customers of our first class customer service.  ATi offers all of customers’ regular training workshops to ensure they are getting the best out of our monitors, and we discussed with UU the possibility of hosting monthly drop-in centres at their Warrington HQ to provide regular technical support.

Our time-served, qualified technicians are the best in the industry and our work with other water companies, such as Severn Trent, Yorkshire Water and Thames Water, have demonstrated time and time again the value of training.  By improving customer knowledge, maintenance costs are reduced and efficiency of the plants is increased.

This was a fantastic day and one that we hope we can repeat with both UU before the end of the current framework agreement, and with our other customers.  Please contact us to discuss arranging any specialist training for your company.
