ATi were presented with our second IUG Award for our excellent customer service thanks to our fast response times, low maintenance costs, high quality and efficient monitors and first rate customer support.
Garry Tabor, ATi’s European Sales Manager, said: “We are thrilled to have won another IUG award. It highlights just how much work we have put into ensuring that ATi continues to set the standard for customer service in our industry.
“Throughout the past year we have continued to improve our processes, systems and training programmes. We always aim to provide our customers with a first-class service, which is why our Service Team is currently undergoing a refresher course on the specialist training by internationally renowned Gustav Kaser. All members of ATi staff undertake this world class training to help ensure our customers receive the best possible service available.
