Analytical Technology has expanded its award winning team as we continue to grow as the leading supplier of water monitoring instrumentation to the UK’s utility industry.
James Burton joins the company as our West England Service Engineer and will service, maintain and commission field based water quality monitors and gas detectors in all areas across the West of the UK. James brings with him over 23 years experience in the engineering industry.
Alex Dawson joins us as an Apprentice Service and Repair Engineer. Based on site in our head office in Saddleworth, Alex is responsible for calibrating, repairing and servicing all equipment and monitors, whilst also working towards an Electrical Engineering apprenticeship at Oldham Technical College.
Amanda Thornley joins ATi as Marketing Co-ordinator and is responsible for our PR and marketing campaigns, along with maintaining and developing the social media accounts. Amanda brings with her more than 13 years experience in managing high profile creative marketing and PR campaigns.
The growing success of ATi can largely be attributed to our high standard of customer service, for which we were awarded the Best After-Sales Service award from the IUG (Instrument User Group) in November 2012.
Dr. Michael Strahand, ATi’s General Manager Europe, said: “We view our team members at ATi as our most important asset and our decision to expand our team reinforces our commitment to providing top quality customer service. ATi has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 1998 and we are proud to list many leading brands and companies in the food and beverage, cosmetic, utility and pharmaceutical sectors as our customers. Top class customer service is essential in this industry, where rapid response times to situations, such as water treatment issues, are essential to maintaining a safe and continuous water supply in water treatment and manufacturing plants.”
