The Investors in People (IIP) Standard marks the most successful framework for business improvement through people and represents a true commitment to employees.

ATi entered the IIP process as it was an ideal fit for our business; appreciating that every member of the team plays a valuable role in ensuring the company achieves its strategic objectives. In order to maintain a motivated, committed and positive culture, ATi ensures there are excellent learning and development opportunities in place for all employees.

To achieve IIP certification, ATi staff underwent an intensive regime consisting of several phases: application/interview, selection and construction of a development plan, required training, knowledge testing, and more.  ATi’s dedication to, and completion of, the entire assessment process further ensures the business’s commitment to carrying out the standards of the IIP.

During the on-site assessment, staff were interviewed to evaluate ATi on important features of people management and development. Feedback acknowledged that ATi were very close to achieving the Silver award and highlighted how ATi had embedded its core values of passion and pride, and how these values have been embraced by staff at every level and connected to everything that they do.  ATi was also praised for its strong, passionate and dynamic leadership, which resulted in an effective culture and ‘can do’ focus from staff.

ATi General Manager Europe, Dr Mike Strahand, said: “Receiving the Investors in People accreditation on our first attempt, with feedback stating we are close to achieving the Silver award, is a major boost for us and recognises the focus and professionalism of our talented and committed team.
