As part of our ongoing commitment to customer service, the past month has seen ATi complete another record amount of training sessions for our valued customers.
Throughout February and March, ATi hosted an extensive number of training days for customers and distributors across the UK and Europe, covering a variety of applications for our range of monitors. These visits and workshops were a great opportunity for us to see some of you again and catch up!
United Utilities Calibration Training
ATi’s Technical Manager, Chris McTear, and ATi’s Account Manager, Vicky Wilshaw, spent a full day with United Utilities calibration engineers earlier this month training them on all of the eight ATi products they have on the framework. The sessions aimed to give the whole UU calibration team enough technical details and practical training so they are able to carry out the routine calibration required at the various sites.
The workshops provided lots of opportunity to share experiences and ask any questions for site specific applications. A Trant engineer also came along to the training in preparation for the first triple validation pH board being installed at Sutton Hall.
This was also an excellent opportunity for our Account Manager, Vicky Wilshaw, to meet a few of the UU engineers she will be dealing with during the duration of framework.
Mammoth Training Schedule for United Utilities
Our ATi Sales and Service Team is continuing with the epic schedule at United Utilities, which involves hundreds of members of United Utilities staff across the North West being trained on the various new framework monitors being installed. With lots of training work shops booked in, ATi has become part of the furniture, so make sure you give us a wave if you see us!
ChlorNet & NephNet
With our network monitors flying off the shelves and continuing to grow in popularity, we are spending time with all our customers to train them on how to use the NephNet and ChlorNet. Our UK Sales Manager, Tristen Preger, has spent much of the past month delivering training workshops to Dublin City Council, United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, South Staffs Water, Process Plus (Scotland), Affinity and South West Water so our customers are able to understand their networks better and reduce customer complaints of turbidity and chlorine. We’ve had some excellent feedback from these sessions and look forward to continuing the success over the coming months.
Training for Process Plus
ATi have also visited Process Plus to provide training on the improved line of instruments for supply into Scotland and Scottish Water, including chlorine, ph, turbidity, dissolved oxygen. The training of all Process Plus staff took place at their new premises, training their internal and external sales team, with Tristen also demonstrating the new Q46, the new Auto Chem or Q-Blast. Process Plus have recently increased their sales team so it was a good opportunity to meet the new members, along with Scottish Water, and update everyone on ATi’s range of monitors.
Training in Europe
ATi’s Technical Manager, Chris McTear, has had one of his busiest month’s to date, thanks to all the new installations of ATi monitors, the servicing, maintenance and calibrations of existing sensors, plus flying back and forth to Europe to visit our partners and customers to deliver his usual style of first-rate training. Amongst others, Chris visited France twice to visit our French partners Equipments Scientifiques, Germany twice to see our German distributors Gebruder Heyl, Spain, Extract Technology, plus a string of customers to offer his expert advice, technical training and to assist in an exciting new project.
Keep your eyes peeled next month for more details of this exciting new project, involving a groud-breaking new filter system that includes one of ATi’s monitors.
ATi never forgets the importance of training its own staff, to ensure the service we offer and the technical knowledge we have is first-class. Over the last month, we have all been on various training courses to make sure we are always on top of our game! This has included before and after sales, time management, management training, essential training for clean and waste water cards NWHC (National Water Hygiene) and Utility SHEA Network Process and Sewerage waste card training, to ensure our staff have the correct credentials to access onto the water and waste water treatment sites.
We have also done various technical training workshops, including calibration, bespoke single, dual and triple validation board production training and training on the commissioning of the boards. .
Award Winning Customer Service
Our work with water companies, such as United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, Yorkshire Water and Thames Water, have demonstrated time and time again the value of training by improving customer knowledge, reducing maintenance costs and increasing the efficiency of the plants.
ATi prides itself on providing excellent customer service to all of our customers, offering first rate customer support and response times to any customer requirements.
With more exciting new technology currently being developed, NephNets and ChlorNets flying off the shelf, big installation projects taking place and new water quality frameworks with leading utilities companies, the next few months is set to continue this recent busy form!
