Valued customer Chemdose has praised ATi for being a small company that is big on customer service values, following continued excellent service.
Fast response times, low maintenance costs, high quality, efficient monitors, and first rate customer support are the reasons why Chemdose have chosen ATi over bigger companies to supply their valued customers with chlorine monitors for MOD installations.
Specialist chemical dosing company, Chemdose, chose to switch to ATi from larger suppliers four years ago to take advantage of its premium rate service.
Roy Baker, Joint Director of Chemdose, explained: “ATi have proved time and time again that they exceed our expectations by offering high levels of customer service, which in our experience is not delivered by many of the larger manufacturers. Although the larger companies may offer competitive purchase prices, we saw our operational expenditure costs soar due to costly maintenance contracts, regular call out fees and slow response times.
“Over the last four years since installing ATi’s instrumentation systems, we have enjoyed excellent operational expenditure savings, first class customer support and consistently speedy response times. We always speak to a person who knows exactly what they are talking about and can provide information, data sheets and manuals immediately. ATi have also offered us a number of services free of charge, including spending time on site in Cornwall training one of our end users on a monitor that they installed, plus shipping new sample monitors to us so we were able to see how they would benefit us before placing an order. They have also helped us resolve site specific issues by supplying us with specially sprayed portable chlorine monitors.”
Chemdose have 20 years experience in chemical dosing system applications within municipal water and waste water treatment, industrial and leisure facilities. With customers such as Yorkshire Water, Seven Trent Water and Kelda Water Services, it specialises in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of liquid, gaseous and powder chemical dosing systems for water treatment applications.
In addition to this latest testimonial, ATi have also been awarded the Best After-Sales Service award by IUG (Instrument User Group). It recognised ATi’s outstanding after-sales service and commitment to exceeding its customers’ expectations.
Mike Strahand, General Manager for Analytical Technology, said: “ATi prides itself on providing excellent customer service to all of our customers, offering first rate customer support and response times to any customer requirements. All members of ATi staff have undertaken world class Gustav Kaser training to help ensure our customers continue to receive the best possible service available.”
