CORONA VIRUS IMPACT ON GOODS & SERVICES

As part of our responsibility to ensure business continuity, ATi UK are looking at the potential impact of the Coronavirus on the services and monitoring solutions we provide to our customers.

ATi UK are also committed in our efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19, along with prioritising the health, safety and welfare of our staff, families of staff, clients and suppliers. In light of recent events, we will be taking the following action:

  • For the foreseeable future, we will be reducing client sales visits for all but those that are essential. Instead, we will be offering appointments and consultations via phone calls and video conferencing methods.
  • All but essential maintenance will be carried out at our offices. Site field visits will still continue where possible following consultation with clients.
  • We ask all of our clients to send instruments to our offices for the usual high levels of service and quick turnaround times.

At this time we do not envisage any service delays caused by COVID-19, however we are in some circumstances experiencing extended lead-times on products. We are working closely with our US manufacturing facilities and right now our supply chain is still functioning as normal.

There is currently an exceptionally high demand for of gas detection equipment for decontamination operations across the globe and we continue to strive to meet these expectations.

We are doing all we can to minimise cross-contamination of equipment and most ATi UK staff have the facility to work from home and have immediate access to our office infrastructure, which will help the flow of operations continue.

Should you require any information or technical support, our phone lines are active and remotely accessible so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our goal is to keep ATi UK operations functioning and continuing to support all our customers. In many cases, our products and services are an essential part of maintaining public health and as such, we will strive to maintain this support.

ATi UK is committed to ensuring the integrity of our customers’ supply chains and will make every effort to avoid or minimise any disruption. If you have any questions regarding delivery times, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information on sales@atiuk.com.
