CUSTOMER TRAINING

As part of our ongoing commitment to customer training, our expert and award-winning Team recently ran a series of workshops for some of our customers, both here at our Saddleworth Headquarters, out on site and in Europe, demonstrating how to get the best out of the ATi monitors.  These visits and workshops were a great opportunity for us to see some of you again and catch up!

 

The aim of the workshops was to ensure engineers became more familiar with the ATi equipment and have a better understanding for the technology used, so that efficiency is increased and maintenance costs are reduced.

 

 

QSenz MetriNet training

QSens trainingATi’s Managing Director Europe, Mike Strahand, recently spent two days with our Dutch distributors QSenz bringing them up to speed on the MetriNet system.  After a full days training and time out on site (not forgetting some time to relax and catch up!), QSenz are now ready to roll out the MetriNet to their customers.

MetriNet training all the way from Japan!

Japanese visitorsOur Japanese customers Sunny Limited recently came over to visit ATi as part of a European training trip and visited our HQ specifically for training and updates on the ever-popular MetriNet.  It was the first time Yashuharu Nakai and Noriyuki Swayama had visited us here in the UK and it was a pleasure to welcome them and give them a grand tour of our headquarters.  They are now looking forward to being able to start selling the MetriNet system on the other side of the world….proving that it really is transforming the industry!

 

South East Water

Sales Director Garry Tabor recently led a training workshop at South East Water and covered everything the engineers might need to know about our world-renowned chlorine monitors, such as how the sensors work (including interferences and contamination), plus commissioning, calibration and maintenance by parameter and concluded with hands-on sessions.
