ATi has been awarded an enhanced accreditation from Safe Contractor for its heightened commitment to achieving excellence in safety management.

Safe Contractor Plus logoSafe Contractor Plus awarded ATi as part of its accreditation scheme and supports the Health and Safety Accreditation we hold already by formal recognition of our Environmental and Quality Management Systems.

Though ATi has existing ISO Approval for all three aspects (QSH&E) of our business, this additional recognition gives further transparency to our customers that we have a robust and proactive ethos that is also available to support them.

Dr Mike Strahand, ATi’s European General Manager, said:

“Once again ATi have secured Accreditation for the Safe Contractor scheme. This recognition is very significant for us, but more importantly it gives our valued customers the assurance that our ongoing commitment to on site Health and Safety has been independently acknowledged by Safe Contractor.

’This year the scheme gave enhanced focus on provision of suitable and timely training for our field staff. We uphold and are proactive in assuring that our staff have the right expertise and knowledge to ensure that they have a safe working environment and are able to give this support to our customers, which was recognised by the Safecontractor Accreditation’.

“Under the Safe Contractor scheme, businesses undergo a vetting process that examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice. Those companies meeting the high standard are included on a database that registered organisations can access through this portal, enabling them to vet potential contractors before they even set foot on site. These clients only engage with those who have received accreditation.

“This due diligence gives our customers the assurance that they will engage with a company that has stringent Health and Safety systems along with a continuous improvement ethos that will provide safety and value to their operations.”
