ATi’s European Director of Sales, Garry Tabor, is currently in the middle of a whistle stop tour of Europe visiting some of our valued partners, including QSenz, Mejoras, Equipment Scientifique and Neomeris.

QSenz visit

Garry has recently returned from the Netherlands following a busy 2-day business trip to see our representatives QSenz.  During the visit to see Ewout and Wilco, the hot topic of the week was water quality and network monitoring, visiting major Dutch water company Vitens.  In particular our pioneering MetriNet was discussed for a project called Smart Water For Europe (SW4EU), which contributes to the European innovation partnership on water.  Other partners of this include Thames Water, the University of Lille 1 and Acciona from Spain.  It was a very busy visit, which left very little time for site seeing…apart from the coastal erosion created by the recent violent storms on the beautiful island of Texel, which is where QSenz are based!

QSenz have now been in operation for nearly 12 months and we can report that the business is going well with a great many enquiries about ATi instrumentations.  QSenz have a great reputation in water treatment and gas and are friendly and professional.  Their company culture is very similar to that of ATi, with a big emphasis on after sales support, customer services and application know-how to provide complete solutions, not just instruments.

In November, QSenz will be exhibiting at Aquatech and Garry will be there to support them.  They will be showcasing ATi’s pioneering MetriNet, giving people in Europe the first opportunity to see the new system in action.

Last month, Garry also visited our French partners Equipment Scientifique (ES), to introduce the ground-breaking MetriNet and other new product lines.  ES have recently expanded their sales force following a successfully 12 months of business and now have a new member called Max who has joined the team. Last year ES grew their business volume with ATi by just over 10%, which is a great result and further confirms we are working with the right company, after being partners with Daniel, Bridget and the team in Paris for 20 years.

Over the next few weeks, Garry will be heading to Spain to the SMAGUA exhibition in Zaragoza, supporting our Spanish partners Majoras while they exhibit ATi’s complete product rage.  He will then be flying out to visit Winfried Speuser at our German partners Neomeris, with a scheduled meeting with a potentially major new and exciting OEM in the pharmaceutical industry.  Amongst all of this, General Manager Mike Strahand will also be flying over to Madrid to visit some valued customers, so it’s a busy time for ATi in Europe!

ATi has a very strict criteria for companies wanting to join us as our distributors – we look for companies that have very close contact with their users, excellent technical knowledge, are customer service focused and have experience with end users, not contractors.  QSenz, Equipment Scientifique, Majoras and Neomeris are four of our distributors who fulfilled this criteria and we are confident that these partnerships will continue to thrive to become a major force in Europe….which is great news for ATi!
