Once again ATi has been awarded accreditation for the Safecontractor scheme for its commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety.
This recognition is very significant for us, but more importantly it gives our valued customers the assurance that our ongoing commitment to on site Health and Safety has been independently acknowledged by Safecotractor.
Under the Safecontractor scheme, businesses undergo a vetting process that examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice. Those companies meeting the high standard are included on a database that registered organisations can access through this portal, enabling them to vet potential contractors before they even set foot on site. These clients only engage with those who have received accreditation.
This due diligence gives our customers the assurance that they will only engage with those who have received accreditation for having stringent Health and Safety systems, along with a continuous improvement ethos that will provide safety and value to their operations.
ATi’s Quality and Health and Safety Manager, David Lyons, said: ‘’This year the scheme gave enhanced focus on provision of suitable and timely training for our field staff. We uphold and are proactive in assuring that our staff have the right expertise and knowledge to ensure that they have a safe working environment and are able to give this support to our customers. Accordingly this was recognised by the Safecontractor Accreditation’’
