What is Aquatech Amsterdam?
Aquatech is the world’s leading trade exhibition for process, drinking and waste water. With more than 800 exhibitors and over 20,000 visitors, Aquatech is widely recognised as one of the most important international exhibitions for water treatment specialists.
Exhibitors and delegates from over 70 different nationalities will descend on the Dutch capital to research the latest developments and innovations in the industry and to exchange knowledge through seminars, conferences and excursions. Aquatech is a unique event, offering industry professionals the opportunity to showcase their expertise and network with suppliers, distributors and customers.
Highlights from Aquatech Amsterdam 2011
Aquatech Amsterdam 2011 was a huge success, taking place during International Water Week for the first time. 881 exhibitors showcased their products at the event attracting 21,500 attendees – a 17% increase from the previous exhibition in 2009.The programme involved nine different conferences, a wide selection of seminars and various excursions to water projects in the local area. Half of the total number of visitors came from outside of the Netherlands and 70 different nationalities attended the 4 day event.

ATi at Aquatech Amsterdam 2013
ATi will be supporting our Dutch distributors Interline, who will be displaying our water quality monitoring equipment. We will also be meeting with our existing European customers, end users and active representatives to discuss current installations and up-coming projects. We hope to share our ideas, develop existing relationships with our European partners and to extend our presence to countries where we are not yet established.
ATi’s General Manager Mike Strahand will be attending Aquatech 2013. Mike is widely regarded as an expert in chlorine water treatment. Mike manages a dedicated Twitter channel – @DoctorChlorine – where he expresses his opinions and recommendations on the water treatment industry.
In addition, ATi’s Technical & Service Manager Chris McTear will be attending the event to show our organisation’s emphasis on the first class after-sales service we provide to our customer, distributors and partners.

Train from Schiphol Airport
Aquatech Amsterdam is pleased to offer free rail transfers from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam RAI. Reduced train fares within the Netherlands are also available. Nationwide Train Journeys
As an Aquatech participant, you can purchase a single NS return ticket from any NS train station in the Netherlands to the RAI for just €8.50. You must pre-register to take advantage of this service. For more information see the door-to-door journey planner.
Amsterdam RAI is located off Amsterdam’s A10 motorway (exit nine) with car parking facilities on-site. During major events you may have to use one of the car parks on the edge of Amsterdam and use the shuttle buses provided to bring you to the RAI exhibition centre.
