For the first time in ATi’s history, the announcement of Employee of the Year was a tie, leaving two of our Service Team members being crowned Employees of the Year 2016!
During ATi’s annual Christmas presentation, West England Service Engineer, James Burton, and Service and Repair Engineer, Alex Dawson, were the delighted recipients of the much sought-after accolade, following 12 months of hard work and dedication.
Over the past year, James and Alex have shown real dedication and enthusiasm to their jobs whilst dealing with a complicated gas replacement project for a major utilities company. James and Alex’s tireless devotion to working with our valued customers to ensure ATi always delivers a gold standard service has been commendable, making them worthy recipients of this annual award.
James joined ATi as the West England Service Engineer in April 2013 and is responsible for the servicing and maintenance of the complete range of ATi equipment, installation of monitors, overseeing subcontract installation work, promoting service contracts, maintaining records of all service work, and coordinating the stock of equipmen across the West of the UK. In addition, James also undertakes Analytical Technology’s overseas installations across Europe. James is field-based and works closely with ATi’s European Sales Manager, Garry Tabor, to deliver the highest standard of service to our clients.
By happy co-incidence, Alex also joined the ATi in April 2013 as an Apprentice Service and Repair Engineer and completed his Electrical Engineering apprenticeship in 2016 after three years of hard work. Based on site in the company’s head office in Saddleworth, Alex is responsible for calibrating, repairing and servicing ATi equipment and monitors.
Both James and Alex are dedicated, well respected members of the team and are always happy to help. All of us here at ATi would like to thank them both for all of their hard work in 2016 and say a huge congratulations!!
