It’s been a busy month for ATi, with lots of free customer training sessions, quick turnaround of urgent orders and devising solutions to complex problems.
Throughout July, we hosted a number of our free training days for valued customers such as Yorkshire Water and our French distributors Equipments Scientifiques on free chlorine, ammonia and H2S monitoring and gas detection. This was a great opportunity for us to see some of you again!
The trip to France was a real success; celebrating 12 years of working with Equipments Scientifiques, During our time there, we also visited Oxypharm and Gloucester Europe to talk about hydrogen peroxide gas detection and discussed business developments with new distributors and end users.
Back at the office, ATi also received another order for 70 F12 gas detectors with autotest by Interline, destined for a multi-national chemical company who are building a new chlorine facility in Germany. On the same day, 10 more chlorine monitors for Yorkshire Water were collected by Bentley’s, following an order to collection time of just five weeks. This project was for an upgrade to secondary disinfection systems in the Yorkshire Water network and comes in addition to the chlorine monitor asset replacement scheme successfully delivered by ATi over the past three years.
Towards the end of the month it was a case of ATi to the rescue after Technical Manager Chris McTear and Installation Engineer Ian Mewett resolved a customer’s complex problems after their DPD failed due to salt water brine. ATi identified and resolved these problems by installing new chlorine monitors and autoclean pH – another chance for us to put our award winning customer service to the test!
With new technology being developed; working alongside a major London teaching hospital for a ground-breaking dialysis project; supplying the instrumentation for 15 new water treatment plants; processing a new order from a world-leading chemical company; leading advanced talks about supply agreements with a major water company; and taking part in key dissolved oxygen trials, the next few months is set to continue this recent busy form!
